Description
The digi4Wirtschaft Impulse Program of the State of Lower Austria and the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce supports SMEs as well as businesses in the tourism and leisure industries in implementing digitalization projects. Funding is provided for data-driven process optimizations and the integration of modern technologies to increase value creation and innovative capacity. The program is divided into three independent modules: digi Kickstart offers workshops with external experts for initial analysis and rapid project definition, digi Assistant includes up to 60 hours of certified consulting by Chamber of Commerce partners, and digi Investment supports the acquisition of software, hardware, external services, as well as a flat-rate personnel cost (10 %) with up to 50 % of eligible expenses. Standard isolated solutions, one-time conceptual services without implementation focus, or replacement investments are not supported. The maximum funding amount is €25,000 per project with a minimum project sum of €5,000 and a project duration of twelve months.
Eligible to apply are companies with an active business license and economic center in Lower Austria, which have been operating in the federal state for at least three years. Funding applications can be submitted between 27.02.2025 and 31.12.2026, provided they are made in writing before the project start. Submission requires application, project description, project cost breakdown, and quotations. An interdisciplinary expert panel evaluates the level of innovation of the data solution, the economic added value, and the sustainability of the process results. The funding aims to strengthen Lower Austria as a digital pioneer region and to build sustainable business models for the long term.
