Description
The Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf supports inclusive services for children, youth, and families in the Hamburg area through grants. The funding opportunities cover a diverse range: daycare centers, schools, mobile family support, as well as health and continuing education services accompany young people and parents in their daily lives. Additionally, housing and care forms such as tandem living and supervised youth housing are provided for young adults with support needs. The goal is to enable participation for children and youth, strengthen families in challenging life situations, and accompany young adults on their path to an independent life. The support specifically addresses individual needs and thus contributes to the promotion of education, health, and social participation.
Applications can be submitted informally at any time. Eligible for funding are private individuals from Hamburg, especially families with support needs as well as young adults in inclusive housing and care services. Since there are no fixed deadlines, ongoing acceptance and decision-making are possible. Grants are awarded unbureaucratically to respond quickly and flexibly to needs. Interested parties can obtain initial information on the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf’s website and through personal consultations on site. Through this continuous and low-threshold funding, initiatives and individual projects receive the necessary resources to become sustainably effective in the fields of education, vocational training, employment, health, and social affairs.
