Description

The Kizubi* funding program of the Bürgerstiftung Kirchzarten is aimed at apprentices in a supported craft profession in Kirchzarten as well as their training companies. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, participants receive a bonus of €1,000 as recognition for their journeyman’s certificate or passed final examination. Additionally, a bonus of €500 is awarded if the apprentices remain with the company for an additional year after completing their training. The funding supports both prospective skilled workers in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year of apprenticeship as well as newly started apprenticeships and contributes to sustainably strengthening the next generation in the regional craft sector. With this, the Günter-Weigle Foundation Fund sends a signal for securing skilled labor and honors commitment as well as company loyalty.

To participate, a joint application by the training company and the apprentice is sufficient; the fillable application form is available as a PDF document. The decisive factors for the grant are the proven completion of the apprenticeship and the continued employment in the company for the bonus. Payments are made continuously until the fund is exhausted, allowing for ongoing application submissions. With this funding offer, the Bürgerstiftung Kirchzarten contributes to regional development and promotes agricultural as well as craft training in Baden-Württemberg.
