Scientific Association Rent Cost Reimbursement

The Natural Science Association Rent Reimbursement of the State of Carinthia represents a continuously available funding opportunity for non-profit organizations, which reimburses 100% of the annual rent (excluding operating costs) for the association’s premises in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. The purpose of the grant is to provide financial relief to the Natural Science Association for Carinthia, thereby ensuring the sustainable continuation of its scientific and educational activities as well as the operation of the association. This subsidy guarantees that spaces are available for lectures, workshops, and public events where research findings are presented and interdisciplinary networking is strengthened.

To apply, a completed and signed funding application form as well as proof of the rent invoice are required. Additionally, upon project completion, a usage report in the form of balanced original receipts must be submitted. The processing is handled by Department 14 – Arts and Culture in the Office of the Carinthian State Government, which, as the funding agency, monitors compliance with the guidelines according to the Carinthian Cultural Funding Act.
