The long-service award honors loyal employees in agriculture and forestry in the federal state of Salzburg. Chamber members can receive a framed certificate of honor and a commemorative gift based on state funding after just 10 years of service. From 25 years of service, financial loyalty bonuses of €115.00 are paid out; for 35 years of service, the subsidy increases to €185.00; and for more than 45 years of service, it rises to €255.00. Additionally, the Salzburg Chamber of Agricultural Workers recognizes each milestone with a certificate of honor. Payments are made during planned award ceremonies; applications can be submitted at any time without a deadline and are processed on an ongoing basis.
