Program for Organizational Development in Associations

The Organizational Development in Associations Program of the Volunteer Foundation MV supports non-profit associations and interest groups in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania through targeted external consulting and professional coaching. The goal is to strengthen structures, optimize processes, and sustainably secure the long-term operational capacity of volunteer-driven initiatives. Association boards, employees, and volunteers are thus given the opportunity to receive competent support in further developing their internal processes and decision-making paths, actively promoting social cohesion in the region.

Funding is provided primarily for the costs of external consulting and coaching services that contribute to organizational development. Applications can be submitted at any time, allowing flexible entry tailored to the individual timing of needs. For the application, a fully completed application form, the association’s statutes, and the current annual financial statement or a financial overview are required. The ongoing funding option enables organizational development to be designed gradually and according to needs. The Volunteer Foundation MV thus sustainably supports the qualification of non-profit structures and contributes to strengthening civic engagement in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
