Description
The Villa ganZ Dicke-Osmers Foundation is initiating an innovative, intergenerational housing project on the Kronsberg in Hannover-Bemerode: Starting in 2026, a roughly 2,500 m² leasehold plot will be available, on which a communal housing project with approximately 40 sufficient and ecological residential units is to be developed. The lindener baukontor has already prepared approval-ready designs, which were brought to planning maturity in close coordination with the Planning Office District East. With the planned construction start in 2027 and completion by 2028, sustainable building principles, modern energy efficiency, and climate-friendly infrastructure will be combined. Special emphasis is placed on a shared entrance area as a communication zone, green stairwells, and individual balconies to promote a lively neighborhood community.
Experienced developers, housing associations, and investors interested in cooperative and environmentally conscious construction projects are being sought. A prerequisite for a successful partnership is a well-conceived sustainability concept, demonstrated planning maturity, and strong cooperative skills. The foundation awards the plot under a leasehold agreement and offers flexible subdivision options for different construction phases. The continuous funding opportunities within the thematic fields of housing construction, urban development, energy efficiency, and climate protection provide partners with the chance to help shape affordable and ecologically oriented living space in Lower Saxony. Interested parties are welcome to get in touch at any time and collaborate with the Villa ganZ Dicke-Osmers Foundation to realize forward-looking housing models.
