Project Funding by the Foundation Life with HIV and AIDS (LHA Foundation)

The project funding of the Foundation Life with HIV and AIDS (LHA Foundation) is aimed nationwide at private individuals, non-profit organizations, public institutions, and companies committed to improving the living conditions of people with HIV and AIDS. Needs-oriented support is provided, for example, for equipment projects, construction and renovation measures, leisure and travel offers, as well as international cooperation projects. Additionally, individual assistance can be applied for in the form of rent support, coverage of health costs, moving assistance, or training expenses. As a grant provider, the LHA Foundation aims to set targeted impulses in the social, health, and rural development sectors to sustainably strengthen those affected and clients of ZIK zuhause im Kiez gGmbH. Applications are accepted at any time and undergo a thorough review, provided the requested measures correspond to a clear project description aimed at improving the living conditions of people with HIV and AIDS.

The funding program creates a network of experts and committed actors who advocate for solidarity-based assistance in Germany. The LHA Foundation supports projects of all sizes and values straightforward approval processes to enable both rapid aid and long-term development projects. By funding infrastructure and leisure measures as well as strengthening international cooperation, sustainable opportunities for participation and self-determination arise.
