Description
The QualiScheck provides employed individuals in Rhineland-Palatinate with tailored support for their individual professional development. Funding is granted for job-related measures that strengthen technical, methodological, or social skills or enable professional reorientation. The subsidy covers up to 60% of registration, participation, and examination fees including materials, but no more than €1,500 per person and calendar year. This allows for training to be undertaken outside of company contexts and makes a valuable contribution to professional development.
Eligible participants are employees with their main residence or workplace in Rhineland-Palatinate, provided the chosen measure is offered by an officially accredited educational provider. Only training courses with at least 200 teaching hours (or over 400 UE) are funded – except when parallel funding is possible through the Aufstiegs-BAföG program. General education school attendance, initial vocational training, and first degree programs are excluded. Applications must be submitted electronically via EurekaRLP Plus at least one month before the start of the measure. After successful review, the QualiScheck is issued, enabling registration with the educational institution. The reimbursement application, including a copy of the participation certificate, must be submitted within two months after completion of the training. This ensures timely processing and supports the securing of skilled labor in the region.
