SES Operations Germany (Request Expert: Companies/Chambers/Organizations & School Program)

The SES Deployments Germany program provides experienced senior experts nationwide for companies, chambers, associations, clubs, and educational institutions. Through individual consulting assignments in the areas of vocational training and further education, organizational development, start-up support, and school projects, it supports SMEs, interest groups, schools, and other organizations in professional challenges. Requests can be made throughout the year; companies, chambers, and associations pay cost-covering daily flat rates (€150 to €300 plus VAT), while assignments within the school program are offered free of charge thanks to donations and sponsorship funds. Travel expenses are also reimbursed.

Eligible for funding are legal entities and non-profit organizations based in Germany that submit a completed deployment request. For the application, the Deployment Request Companies–Chambers–Organizations or the Deployment Request School Program (each in RTF format) as well as the Data Protection Information pursuant to GDPR are required in advance. The relevance of the requested expertise and a precise description of the deployment needs play a central role in the selection process. The VerAplus initiative is also funded within the framework of education chains by the BMBFSFJ and offers free training support for trainees, companies, and vocational schools. The aim of this funding is to transfer voluntary expert knowledge precisely to companies and schools and thus initiate sustainable development processes.
