Applications must be submitted before the start of the training, the invoice must not yet have been issued at the time of submission, and the measure must be completed within 18 months after application submission. Only costs for professional training in the areas of education & training, education for sustainable development, and digitalization are eligible. Submissions are accepted continuously online via the eCall portal until January 30, 2026 (12:00 PM CET) at the latest; an early closure is possible if funds are exhausted. The project duration is a maximum of 18 months. The initiative aims to provide companies with low-barrier access to qualification funding and to sustainably strengthen employees' expertise.
