Description

The ACHIEVE scholarship program supports EU students in the two-year double-degree master’s program Cloud and Networking Infrastructure & High-Performance Computing (HPC). Participants acquire comprehensive knowledge in cloud architectures, network design, and modern HPC systems at a total of eight universities across six countries. An integrated minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship imparts entrepreneurial skills and prepares students for careers in research, industry, or start-ups. The program places special emphasis on diversity: half and full scholarships cover up to 100% of tuition fees, while excellence scholarships additionally provide a monthly allowance of up to €900. With a funding rate of 50–100% and a maximum of €6,000 per year, ACHIEVE offers financial relief and equal opportunities regardless of gender, social, or economic background.

The application deadline is February 11, 2026 (23:59 CET). Eligibility requires citizenship of an EU/EFTA member state as well as admission to the ACHIEVE master’s program. Evaluation criteria include bachelor’s degree, GPA (≥ 70%), quality of the home university, innovative experience (CV, recommendations), motivation, and overall ranking. Submission documents include diploma certificate and transcript (original & translation), proof of English language proficiency, curriculum vitae, motivation letter, financial documents, and an official photo ID. The selection process is merit-based and conducted by an eight-member panel; in case of a tie, gender and origin from RIS countries are used as priority criteria. ACHIEVE thus sets standards for excellent digital education and diversity in the EU. Further information about the program and the application process is available in the EU funding database.
