Description
The Ros Foundation continuously supports individuals and artists based in Hamburg with individual grants and non-material benefits. The focus is on education, culture, social affairs, environment, sports as well as research & innovation. In addition to financial support, the Ros Foundation offers advisory services, networking opportunities, and professional exchanges to sustainably accompany projects and strengthen personal development. The foundation’s open-ended statutes enable a wide range of initiatives, spanning from monument preservation and energy efficiency to sports promotion. Long-term support without a maximum duration of funding creates continuity and ensures that both creative and charitable endeavors are equally strengthened.
Funding is provided to individuals, especially children and youth, pupils, students, seniors, and all artists active in Hamburg who wish to realize innovative projects or initiatives in the aforementioned fields. A prerequisite is alignment with the statutory objectives of the Ros Foundation as well as informal contact and application submission. There is no fixed application deadline, so applications can be submitted at any time. The foundation places great importance on holistic support—from professional guidance to network building—to sustainably promote equity, artistic, and scientific development.
