Description
The MICHAEL FOUNDATION supports the practice-oriented advanced training of young physicians in the field of epileptology and EEG with up to four scholarships. For participants up to 32 years of age, the regular participation fee is waived, and accommodation and meals at the historic Palazzo Feltrinelli are covered. In the relaxed atmosphere at Lake Garda, hospital and outpatient physicians exchange experiences with renowned experts and deepen practice-relevant aspects of epilepsy across all age groups. The proven content is complemented by intensive EEG courses for beginners and advanced participants, enabling in-depth discussions within a tight schedule while maintaining the seminar’s strong practical focus.
Interested physicians submit an independently prepared epilepsy case study or a comparable project along with their CV and proof of age. Only one application per clinic will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Selection is based on the quality of the submitted documents. Travel expenses are not eligible for funding and must be borne by the participants. Applications can be submitted until March 31, 2026; the seminar will take place from September 13 to 16, 2026. This tailored offer supports young specialists in deepening their knowledge, building valuable networks, and sustainably strengthening their clinical expertise.
