Funding objective

Description

The funding program offers unlimited grants for projects, events, and competitions related to families and generations in Salzburg. Eligible applicants include interest groups, non-profit associations, companies, and public institutions active in the fields of social affairs, children and youth, commitment to social cohesion/democracy, and work & social issues. The goal is the sustainable strengthening of family-friendliness in Salzburg’s municipalities through support for festivals, interactive competitions, seminar series, and lectures on partnership, family communication, non-violent conflict resolution, and parenting. Applications can be submitted continuously in advance for the current or following calendar year. Upon completion of the funded measures, original receipts must be submitted, and all funding requirements according to the General Funding Guidelines of the State of Salzburg must be complied with.

The target groups for the funding are parent-child groups, municipalities, organizers of family programs, social institutions, and businesses with intergenerational activities. Required for the application are: the General Funding Application, the form for family policy activities, the General Funding Guidelines, and a proof of use. Project-related activity in Salzburg as well as timely advance submission of the application are essential prerequisites. This engagement generates new impulses for coexistence, local networking, and social cohesion on site.
