Description

The funding program enables non-profit organizations and educational institutions based nationwide to receive reimbursement of membership fees paid to the Institute for Human Rights and the Institute for European Legal Policy. Applications can be submitted continuously, allowing the measure to be flexibly integrated into project and budget cycles. Under this grant, only expenses for association membership are covered, provided a valid membership exists. Applicant institutions benefit from a straightforward funding process and contribute to the sustainable strengthening of the two leading specialist institutes through financial relief.

The funding specifically supports research and science in the fields of human rights and European legal policy. The objective is to create a nationally coordinated and internationally competitive higher education and research environment. Through continuous membership maintenance, networks are expanded, professional exchange intensified, and quality in teaching and research further developed. This initiative thus makes a decisive contribution to the innovative strength of the Austrian research landscape and emphasizes the importance of cross-border cooperation in the European context.
