Traffic Education (Preschool and School Projects) of the Sporleder Foundation

The Sporleder Foundation supports educational institutions nationwide with a funding program for traffic education in kindergartens, preschools, and schools. The goal is to inspire children and young people early on to embrace safe mobility and to impart essential skills for behavior in road traffic. With creative project modules, educational professionals are empowered to promote mobility-relevant skills playfully and to make the journey to school safer for children. The continuous support aims to implement sustainable concepts for preschool and school traffic education and thus contribute to accident prevention in the long term.

Eligible for funding are kindergartens, preschools, as well as school authorities and classes in Germany. The program grants a subsidy of up to €2,500 for purchases such as children's vehicles, educational books, and didactic toys used within the framework of traffic education projects. Applications can be submitted at any time; a regular deadline allows for flexible project planning. A prerequisite is verifiable activity in the field of traffic education. The Sporleder Foundation places particular emphasis on a balanced distribution of funds to reach different regions and educational institutions. This funding directly supports educators and teachers in their work, ensuring that the youngest are optimally prepared for the challenges of road traffic.
