Payment is generally made after the registration of ownership in the land register and depending on construction progress and the conditions of the approval. On-site inspections of the construction work and supporting documents for the final accounting are required to ensure proper use of funds.

Eligible for funding are natural persons with housing needs and corresponding income who implement private housing projects in Tyrol. In addition to personal eligibility criteria, building-related requirements such as usable floor area, total costs, heating energy demand, and building services must be met. For the application, the A4 application form for the purchase or completion of a residential property as well as the required forms according to the guidelines must be submitted.
