Description

The part-time certificate course in the Open Research and Doctoral College "Leadership" of the Leadership Culture Foundation is aimed at university graduates interested in pursuing a doctorate and doctoral candidates who wish to systematically deepen their scientific qualification in the field of leadership. This postgraduate program imparts comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of leadership culture while simultaneously preparing participants for their doctoral studies. Through a network of experienced lecturers and experts from academia and practice, participants receive continuous support, networking among themselves is encouraged, and access to current research approaches is provided. The modular training can be completed flexibly alongside employment and integrates scientific qualification, mentoring, and collegial exchange rounds within a nationwide context.
