The part-time certificate course in the Open Research and Doctoral College "Leadership" of the Leadership Culture Foundation is aimed at university graduates interested in pursuing a doctorate and doctoral candidates who wish to systematically deepen their scientific qualification in the field of leadership. This postgraduate program imparts comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of leadership culture while simultaneously preparing participants for their doctoral studies.
