The BeA Foundation is a legally independent, non-profit foundation under civil law based in Wiesbaden. It was established on July 8, 2010, by Bea Stöhr with an endowment of €200,000. The foundation supports sustainable projects in the fields of welfare and charitable causes that provide disadvantaged children, youth, families, and people in need with lasting assistance for self-help. It guarantees that 100% of donations flow directly to the work of its local project partners. Administrative costs are covered by the income from the foundation’s assets. The board and advisory council work on a voluntary basis.

Mission & Vision
"Those who give do not become poorer, but richer." The BeA Foundation aims to inspire people, out of gratitude for their own blessings, to live the Christian message of sharing. By supporting projects that provide help for self-help, it seeks to awaken the joy of giving and raise awareness that sharing enriches one's own life. Its name (Be an Angel) serves as a reminder to be an angel for people in need.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at disadvantaged children, adolescents, families, and people in material or emotional distress – both in Germany and worldwide. Preference is given to small, manageable projects that provide sustainable help for self-help and enable beneficiaries to build an independent and dignified life.
