Mission & Vision
Our goal is to create housing for homeless individuals and those at risk of homelessness and to support them on their path to independent living through socio-educational guidance. We focus on long-term rental agreements at affordable conditions and see ourselves as a social investor who combines housing development and social work under one roof.
Target groups
The foundation targets individuals with special support needs who have no or only limited access to the regular housing market. This includes homeless persons, EU citizens without accommodation, formerly homeless individuals in transitional housing projects, as well as households with very low income or complex life situations that require not only housing but also counseling and care.
