The Education Directorate for Carinthia is the regional authority for school administration and supervision in the state of Carinthia. It represents the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research at the regional level and is responsible for the administrative and professional supervision of all compulsory schools, upper secondary schools, and vocational institutions in Carinthia. The directorate coordinates educational reforms, supports teaching and pedagogical staff, provides information and advisory services, and ensures the implementation of federal education policy directives.
