Target groups
The funding and advisory services of Section III are aimed at private telecommunications providers and network operators, municipalities and state administrations (broadband offices), regulatory authorities and professional organizations (RTR, Telecommunications Office), as well as citizens and businesses interested in the expansion or use of digital communication networks and postal services.
