We promote innovative concepts, strengthen value chains in the fruit, vegetable, wine, and specialty crop sectors, and advocate for climate and environmental protection, regional balance, and efficient water management. Through targeted funding measures and legal framework setting, we support producers, enterprises, and regions to guarantee high quality standards and sustainable practices.
Target groups
The funding and policy programs of Division II/7 are aimed at agricultural producers of fruit, vegetables, wine, and specialty crops, agricultural associations, cooperatives, processing companies, as well as research and educational institutions in the agricultural sector. Projects that contribute to optimizing value creation, improving quality, diversifying crops, and strengthening the international market position of Austrian fruit and wine-growing enterprises are supported.
