Christen helfen<br>Gemeinnützige Stiftung
About the funder
The Christen Helfen Foundation is a non-profit diaconal organization based in Frankfurt am Main. It supports people in difficult life situations – particularly those facing over-indebtedness, social exclusion, or psychological crises – in the urban area of the Rhine-Main region. Under its umbrella, it unites various social services such as authority guides, life and debt counseling, a second-hand shop ("Secundo"), as well as social neighborhood projects. Its work is driven by Christian charity and ideological neutrality. Funding is provided exclusively through donations and grants. An independent tax advisor audits the annual financial statements, and the foundation carries the donation seal of the German Evangelical Alliance.

Mission & Vision
The Christen Helfen Foundation is committed to supporting, empowering, and blessing people in need. Through qualified counseling, practical assistance, and volunteer engagement, we open up individual perspectives and promote self-responsibility. Inspired by lived mercy and social responsibility, we combine Christian roots with transparent, sustainable social work.
Target groups
The services are aimed at all people in the Rhine-Main area, regardless of age, origin, religion, social status, or worldview. The focus is on individuals affected by over-indebtedness, exclusion, or psychological crises, as well as those seeking advice on administrative matters. Our aid for self-help is intended to open up new perspectives and sustainable solutions for them.
