About the funder
The Christian-Alexander Foundation for Youth Promotion is a non-profit foundation established on December 15, 2000, by Hans-Volker Ruppel, based in Guben. It is named after his two sons, Christian and Alexander. The foundation's goal is to support child and youth work in the Neisse city and its surrounding region, particularly in Guben and Gubin (Poland). Mission & Vision
Our goal is the sustainable support of children and young people in the Guben and Gubin region. We fulfill our foundation's purpose through financial grants and project funding in the areas of education and training, cultural, sports and leisure activities, integration of social minorities, as well as German-Polish youth exchange. In doing so, we place special emphasis on close cooperation with local organizations and committed citizens.
Target groups
Non-profit organizations, associations, and initiatives that implement projects and measures for children and youth in Guben, Gubin, and the surrounding districts are supported. This includes school and sports clubs, youth centers, cultural institutions, as well as exchange programs that contribute to the personal and social development of young people.
