About the funder
The Clemens Fritz Foundation is a non-profit and non-independent foundation established in 2008, held in trust by the Ernst Abbe Foundation and based in Erfurt. Its goal is to provide disadvantaged children and adolescents, especially in Thuringia, with joy and security. To this end, it supports social institutions and children's sports clubs as well as its own projects in the areas of youth welfare, education, and sports. Among the funded partners are ISA Kompass (residential groups and promotion of independence), STÜBAphilharmonie (youth orchestra), Fanprojekt Erfurt, Kinderheim Marienstift, Stadtmission Erfurt, as well as projects such as "Mitmenschen e. V." and the COOL project for school reintegration.

Mission & Vision
The Clemens Fritz Foundation believes that every individual can contribute to making the world a slightly better place. Motivated by personal happiness, the founder Clemens Fritz shares his resources with those who are not on the sunny side of life. Through voluntary commitment and donations, the foundation supports projects that provide children and young people with physical and emotional security, social integration, and participation.
Target groups
The foundation is aimed at disadvantaged children and young people, especially in the Free State of Thuringia. It supports family projects in child and youth welfare, children's sports clubs, as well as initiatives that promote education, upbringing, and violence prevention. The goal is to provide young people in difficult life situations with a safe environment, cultural and sporting participation, and a confident start in life.
