Mission & Vision
The foundation aims to identify, develop, and sustainably support individual talents in young people at an early stage. It imparts joy, courage, and self-confidence to empower adolescents to act independently in school, training, and society. Values such as peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom, equality, and solidarity form the basis of its committed engagement.
Target groups
The Cross-Over Team Foundation is aimed at children and adolescents, primarily from the Miesbach district and the greater Munich area, who are at the critical transition between school and career or wish to develop creative potentials. A special focus is placed on students from secondary modern schools and young people seeking support with career orientation, academic assistance, and personal development. Additionally, adolescent members of various interest groups – e.g., Dance, Fire Performance, Light’n’Sound, Film, Multimedia, and Art – benefit from community-oriented leisure activities.
