About the funder
The Cross-Over Team Foundation is a registered civil law foundation based in Schliersee (Miesbach district, Upper Bavaria) and was established in 2003. As a state-recognized independent provider of youth welfare services, it primarily promotes the talent development of young people. In projects and events – for example in the fields of multimedia, dance, performance, and art – the volunteer team members, together with educators, identify and develop creative and technical potentials. Through the integrated support program YouthPerspectiveWork, the foundation cooperates closely with secondary modern schools, municipalities, and the Miesbach district youth council to systematically support young people between school graduation, vocational training, and employment.

Mission & Vision
The Cross-Over Team Foundation aims to discover, develop, and specifically support the talents and abilities of young people. It seeks to foster self-determination, joy, courage, and confidence so that young individuals can unfold their unique skills and make a valuable contribution in school, training, profession, and society.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at children and adolescents in the Miesbach district as well as in Munich, particularly students from secondary modern schools or comparable educational pathways. The goal is to support young people during the critical transition phase between school and career, to strengthen their creative and technical inclinations, and to assist them with career orientation and personal development.
