The Deutsch-Baltic Future Foundation is committed to fostering exchange and understanding among young adults from Germany, the Baltic states, and Ukraine based on the principles of democracy and human rights. It organizes international events to promote social cohesion and personal development, facilitates internships to connect theory and practice, and supports trainees and students to unlock potential and pave the way for professional success.

Mission & Vision
Our mission is to strengthen intercultural dialogue and cooperation between Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine. Through educational programs, exchanges, and targeted funding initiatives, we aim to promote democratic values and human rights, as well as to open up future prospects for young adults.
Target groups
The foundation is aimed at young adults, particularly apprentices, students, and early career professionals from Germany, the Baltic States, and Ukraine, who have an interest in intercultural exchange, democratic education, and professional development.
