Dogworld-Stiftung – Lebenshilfe für verwaiste Hunde
About the funder
The Dogworld Foundation is a publicly recognized and non-profit foundation based in Geeste. Since 2010, it has offered supervised living for orphaned, needy senior dogs and operates a specialized elderly dog care home where older dogs are lovingly cared for. In addition to accommodation, the foundation promotes the animals' quality of life through expert assessments, training modules for animal shelters, and individual sponsorships. Necessary funds are raised through supporting memberships, individual donations, and bequests to provide the four-legged companions with a dignified twilight of life. Furthermore, the foundation maintains four simple guest rooms where helpers and interested parties can live in close proximity to the seniors.
