The Dr. Fritz Reimnitz Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in 2019 and based in Löffingen-Unadingen. According to the legacy of Dr. Fritz Reimnitz, it has an endowment of approximately 20 million euros and promotes school and vocational education with a focus on academic training and student aid. Furthermore, it supports science and research, the preservation of the historic Posthaus ensemble in Löffingen-Unadingen, landscape conservation, as well as local history and heritage preservation, with special consideration of the history and significance of gypsum mining in the Gauchach Valley.

Mission & Vision
The mission of the Dr. Fritz Reimnitz Foundation is to improve the educational and research opportunities for young people through targeted financial support and to sustainably preserve the cultural heritage and landscape diversity of the region. We aim to empower scientists, students, schools, and local initiatives alike and to contribute to regional development.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at pupils, students, and doctoral candidates from Löffingen, Bräunlingen, and the surrounding area, as well as scientific institutions. In addition, municipal and non-profit projects in the fields of monument preservation, landscape conservation, and local history with a regional focus are supported.
