About the funder
The non-profit Dr. Kiti Maluche Foundation was recognized as a legal foundation in 2013. It serves to promote social life, strengthen civic engagement, as well as support art, culture, and charitable initiatives in the city of Harzgerode. In accordance with the founder’s motto, “Money must serve people, not the other way around,” the foundation supports projects in the fields of child, youth, and elderly care, culture and art, traditional customs and local heritage preservation, education and upbringing, sports, as well as monument protection and conservation. The foundation operates independently and transparently and directs its funding exclusively to projects in Harzgerode.

Mission & Vision
The Dr. Kiti Maluche Foundation pursues the mission of strengthening social cohesion in Harzgerode and promoting civic engagement. It initiates and supports non-profit projects in the fields of social affairs, education, culture, sports, and monument preservation to sustainably enrich the local social and cultural life.
