About the funder
The Erich Mundstock Foundation was established in 1998 by entrepreneur Erich Mundstock and aims to support charitable projects in the Braunschweig region and the Peine district. Its focus areas include assisting individuals who depend on third-party help due to age, illness, or disabilities, as well as promoting talented pupils, apprentices, and students. The foundation operates politically and denominationally neutral, grants funding up to a maximum of EUR 10,000 per application, and places great emphasis on sustainable benefits for as many people as possible.

Mission & Vision
Our goal is to implement meaningful and sustainable support measures in our home region in accordance with the wishes of the founder Erich Mundstock. We aim to assist people in need of help and to strengthen young talents in their professional and personal development. In doing so, we focus on holistic support that equally considers professional and social skills.
Target groups
Non-profit initiatives and individuals in Braunschweig and the Peine district are supported, particularly institutions and projects promoting children and youth such as kindergartens, schools, youth fire brigades, and youth clubs; gifted pupils, apprentices, and students; projects and residential or day care centers for elderly, ill, or disabled persons; as well as non-profit organizations offering social and educational measures in the region.
