Mission & Vision
Our mission is to create framework conditions through targeted measures at both individual and institutional levels that empower women and girls in all phases of life, promote their economic independence, and sustainably anchor gender equality. In close cooperation with private and public partners, we work to enable diverse life and career models and to break down outdated role stereotypes.
Target groups
Our services are primarily aimed at women and girls in Austria – from students (from the 7th grade) through university students to working professionals. In addition, we address educators, parents, and multipliers to raise awareness of gender equality and promote empowerment in schools, institutions, and society as a whole.
