Mission & Vision
"Promoting education – including everyone": Under this motto, the Friedel & Gisela Bohnenkamp Foundation supports educational projects that pursue sustainable and professionally sound concepts. It is committed to ensuring that innovative projects strengthen the self-competence and motivation of children and young people, especially those socially disadvantaged, promote families as continuous educational agents, build networks and educational partnerships, and enable healthy lifestyles and positive educational transitions.
Target groups
The funding programs are aimed at children and adolescents in the city and district of Osnabrück – with a particular focus on socially disadvantaged groups. In addition, families as central educational entities are supported, educators and educational institutions are involved, and initiatives that build educational networks and partnerships are promoted. The goal is to support educational transitions and to implement innovative, scientifically based solutions for the Osnabrück region.
