Für Kinder und Jugendliche in unserer Region – Stiftung der Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt

The "For Children and Youth in Our Region – Foundation of Sparkasse Langen-Seligenstadt" was established in 2001. Since its inception, the foundation has supported charitable projects in its region with approximately half a million euros. The purpose of the foundation is to promote children and youth within the Sparkasse's business area in the broadest sense, particularly in the areas of health, education, and training. Since its founding, the foundation has allocated more than €622,000 to various projects. The foundation's duties are carried out by the foundation board of trustees and the foundation executive board; the members' activities in these bodies are voluntary.

The foundation is committed to supporting children and young people in the Langen-Seligenstadt region. Its goal is to support projects that contribute to improving the health, education, and training of children and adolescents. The foundation believes in the importance of fostering young people and aims to enable them a better future through its support.

The foundation's funding programs are aimed at non-profit organizations operating in Seligenstadt and Langen. The foundation supports projects in the fields of arts and culture, child and youth welfare, assistance for civilians injured in war / disabled persons / war victims, elderly care, monument protection and preservation, as well as local heritage and regional studies. The foundation does not fund projects based abroad.
