Mission & Vision
The Hans Weisser Foundation is committed to effectively supporting young people with entrepreneurial spirit and dedication. It believes that individuals can change society through their ideas and efforts. Trust, curiosity, and collaborative partnership form the foundation of its actions. Together with funding partners, the foundation develops sustainable solutions for major societal challenges and promotes courage, implementation strength, and willingness to learn.
Target groups
The funding programs of the Hans Weisser Foundation target two groups: on the one hand, non-profit organizations that prepare structurally disadvantaged young people aged 15 to 25 for school completion and support them in the transition to a professional future. On the other hand, young, committed individuals (maximum application age: 40 years, at least a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of professional or entrepreneurial experience) who demonstrate entrepreneurial potential and social engagement and wish to undertake a self-planned further qualification stay abroad.
