About the funder
The HuB Scholarship Foundation of the Osnabrück Crafts was established in December 2003 as an initiative of the Osnabrück District Crafts Association and the Chamber of Crafts Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim. The foundation promotes and supports talented and committed young craftsmen and craftswomen in the Osnabrück region through measures for professional qualification, preparation for the master craftsman examination, and business start-up intentions. Sponsors include individuals and institutions from the regional craft industry as well as companies, guilds, and private persons.

Mission & Vision
The HuB Talent Foundation aims to motivate young, high-performing craftsmen and craftswomen to put their outstanding skills and ideas into practice. It strengthens the performance and image of the crafts sector in the Osnabrück region, thereby contributing to securing skilled labor and the future viability of the craft industry.
Target groups
Support is provided to committed and high-achieving young people working in craft businesses in the Osnabrück region. This includes apprentices who wish to further develop their craft skills; journeymen and journeywomen preparing for the master craftsman examination; master craftsmen and craftswomen with intentions to start their own business; participants in advanced and continuing education courses; as well as initiatives and projects that contribute to improving the image and securing skilled labor in the craft sector.
