Mission & Vision
The Ingeborg Gross Foundation aims to create sustainable impulses for society and the economy through targeted support of science, education, youth, and sports. It seeks to provide young people with opportunities for research and learning, strengthen talents, and promote community through sporting initiatives. At the same time, the foundation secures jobs within the Schill+Seilacher corporate group and combines entrepreneurial responsibility with social commitment.
Target groups
Funding is provided particularly to students and early-career researchers in the natural and engineering sciences who demonstrate outstanding achievements, as well as to adolescents and young adults in their academic and vocational training. Furthermore, the foundation supports clubs and organizations that enable children and young people to engage in sports activities, as well as institutions that accompany young individuals in their personal and professional development.
