Target groups
The funding programs of ISB are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and founders in Rhineland-Palatinate who wish to invest in innovation, expansion, modernization, or digitalization; at private individuals and families seeking to acquire, build, or renovate owner-occupied residential property; as well as at landlords who create or modernize affordable housing. Furthermore, we support municipalities and public-law institutions in planning infrastructure measures to promote regional and local development. In all programs, we serve as a competent contact partner to provide tailored financing solutions and to foster the sustainable development of the Rhineland-Palatinate location.
