Jürgen Brixner Stiftung
About the funder
The Jürgen Brixner Foundation was established in 2004 by Jürgen Brixner, who provided the foundation capital himself and continues to serve as the chairman. The foundation's purpose is the construction and operation of daycare centers as well as the support of kindergartens, children's libraries, and similar facilities for the care of minors in the greater Esslingen area. Financing is secured through income from the foundation capital, additional endowments, and donations from the founder, his family, board and advisory board members, as well as third parties. Since all governing bodies work on a voluntary basis, no administrative costs are incurred, and every euro donated flows directly to the foundation’s objectives.

Mission & Vision
The Jürgen Brixner Foundation aims to sustainably strengthen the care and educational infrastructure for children and youth in the Esslingen area. Through targeted support, the construction and operation of child-friendly facilities, it creates equitable conditions in which minors can fully develop their potential.
Target groups
The funding program is aimed at non-profit organizations (gAG, gGmbH, e.V.) based and primarily active in the Esslingen/Baden-Württemberg area, which operate projects for the construction and operation of children's homes, daycare centers, children's libraries, or comparable facilities. The primary beneficiaries are children and adolescents who receive age-appropriate care and educational services through this institutional support.
