The Karin and Carl-Heinrich Esser Foundation was established by Prof. Dr. Carl-Heinrich Esser to honor the memory of his wife Karin, née Sondermann. Its primary goal is to improve the quality of life for people in the Kurpfalz region. Since its inception, the foundation has supported numerous projects focusing on social integration, education and science, as well as youth and elderly care.
