Mission & Vision

Our mission is the sustainable strengthening of youth football in Jena and the surrounding area. We aim to introduce young people to the sport in the long term through qualified football training, social support, and shared community experiences, while securing local clubs as centers of excellence. At the same time, we are committed to social integration and equal opportunities, enabling children and young people to participate in club sports regardless of their background or financial means.

Target groups

Our funding programs are aimed at children and adolescents in Jena and the surrounding region who demonstrate interest and talent in football – regardless of social or cultural background. We also support local coaches and trainers through training and further education. Additional target groups include local sports clubs, daycare centers, and primary schools that offer football clubs, as well as socially disadvantaged youth, whom we assist with subsidies, material support, and scholarships to facilitate their participation in sports.
