Kirchliche Stiftung Frielingen-Horst-Meyenfeld

In September 2002, the Kirchliche Stiftung Frielingen – Horst – Meyenfeld was established as an independent foundation to provide an additional and permanently independent source of funding for church work in the three localities. The foundation's capital was initially endowed with the assets of two inheritances; since then, numerous small and larger donations have further increased the foundation's capital. The foundation is intended to be permanent and uses exclusively the interest income, while preserving the principal capital.

Church for people – our foundation sees itself as a reliable supporter of local church and diaconal life. We create lasting values and enable cultural, children’s, and youth work as well as structural preservation, so that the communities of Frielingen, Horst, and Meyenfeld can secure their diverse offerings in the long term.

The foundation's funding is aimed at all community members and groups in Frielingen, Horst, and Meyenfeld. In particular, projects in the areas of child and youth work, cultural events, building maintenance, and diaconal tasks are supported. Endowments and donations directly benefit church life and socially relevant informational events on site.
