About the funder
The Klaus-Dieter-Trayser Foundation for Value-Oriented Corporate Governance is a commercial foundation under civil law based in Kassel (Hesse). It was established in 2002 by Klaus Dieter Trayser, founder of Plansecur. The foundation holds the voting rights in Plansecur Management GmbH and exercises a supervisory role over the Christian value foundation of the Plansecur corporate group. In addition, it advises both companies within the group and external enterprises on the development and implementation of sustainable, value-oriented corporate governance. It is closely associated with the non-profit Plansecur Foundation, which was also founded by Trayser in 1999.
