Mission & Vision

"One must help one's neighbor; the same may happen to us all." (Friedrich Schiller) This guiding principle shapes the foundation's commitment of Brigitte and Gerd Kleinespel: In a time of scarce public funds, they aim to provide sustainable assistance and support people in social distress as well as projects in the fields of education, culture, and the church.

Target groups

The Kleinespel Foundation is aimed at institutions and individuals who care for socially disadvantaged people (e.g., in emergencies, in cases of indebtedness, disabilities, or serious illnesses), at projects and organizations involved in the education and upbringing of children and youth (municipal, non-profit, or church-based youth work), at initiatives in the field of arts and culture with high social significance, as well as at church institutions and congregations in Dorsten and the surrounding area.
