About the funder
The Konstantin Foundation is an independent civil law foundation established in 2013 by Konstantin Pabst. It pursues charitable and non-profit purposes and aims to promote developments that enable every person—regardless of their sexual orientation or background—to freely and fully develop themselves sexually, professionally, and culturally. The central areas of support include international understanding, tolerance in culture and society, youth and elderly care, education, general and vocational training, as well as the support of art, culture, and sports. A special focus is placed on the accompaniment and empowerment of people with same-sex orientation.

Mission & Vision
The Konstantin Foundation is committed to contributing to the promotion of tolerance, intercultural exchange, and social participation through targeted procurement and allocation of funds. Target groups

The focus is on endeavors that enable the free development of personality regardless of origin or sexual orientation and that promote tolerance and social inclusion.
