Mission & Vision

We are committed to educational equity and the active participation of young people. We believe in their abilities, entrust them with responsibility, and promote their engagement through scholarships, project funding, and our own programs – locally in Berlin-Kreuzberg, nationwide, and across Europe. Our focus is especially on those who receive little support within the education system or their social environment.

Target groups

Our funding and scholarship programs are aimed at children, adolescents, and young adults who have limited opportunities within the German education system or their social environment. This particularly includes students in intermediate and secondary schools, care leavers, as well as young people pursuing education through alternative pathways. Furthermore, we support non-profit organizations and initiatives that implement engagement projects organized by children and adolescents themselves, enabling them to take responsible participation and gain access to education.
