MA 24 is committed to strategically planning healthcare provision in Vienna, coordinating across sectors, and implementing it efficiently. Our goal is to continuously improve care concepts through evidence-based strategies and close cooperation with all relevant health stakeholders, thereby sustainably promoting the health and quality of life of Vienna’s population.
Target groups
The offers and funding are aimed at all actors in Vienna's health and social care sectors, particularly primary care organizations, hospital outpatient clinics, facilities funded by the Health Fund, community physicians, nursing and therapy professions, as well as vulnerable population groups (children, elderly people, individuals with mental health or chronic illnesses). The goal is to strengthen cross-sector collaboration and promote innovative eHealth and care models.
